You will own the asset outright. You will need a solicitor to handle the conveyancing and register the documents on your behalf. If you don't have a solicitor we can help with that.

If your bid is accepted you will be due to pay a deposit and buyer's premium.

Deposit is 10% of purchase price- minim of £3,000- this is towards purchase.

Buyer's Premium is 3% of purchase price- subject to minimum of £3,000.
