Examine the legal documents
View the Legal Pack before you bid
You will require a licenced conveyancer to complete to the transaction. Ask them to check the legal documents
Make sure you have the funds
Deposit and Buyer’s Premium will be due immediately
Once your bid is accepted the deposit and Buyer’s Premium are payable. The contract is formed at the point your offer is accepted
Completion is quick
The full funds will be due in 14 or 28 days
Ensure you have the funds to complete before you bid. If you need help with finance speak to us before you bid
Submit your offer
Bid in the auction or submit an offer to secure before the auction
Most lots have a ‘Submit Bid Now’ button. Click on this and complete the form. Auction terms and conditions still apply
